Description
A wide-ranging filmed interview with Llúis Fradera who won a first place trophy in the Cabinetmaking category in Brussels 1958.
Ever since his success at Brussels as a young man, Fradera has been a lifelong passionate supporter of WorldSkills.
Born in Barcelona, Spain, in 1940, he recalls in the interview his early childhood as the son of a doctor who was the first in his large family to choose a vocational path. He discusses his early years at a boarding school, being selected to represent Spain at the international level in Belgium and travelling there by bus with fellow participants. The interview was filmed in 2019 at the Salesianos Sarriá VET School, Barcelona where he studied as a young man.
