The report contains information about the international contest held in the Spanish capital Madrid in the winter of 1953 along with several black and white photographs of the event, competitors and organizers. Also included is a draft of rules for future international competitions - many of the attendees hoped to capitalize on the success of the 1953 competition. It was published in January 1954.
