The envelope is affixed with a 15-Yen stamp of a silhouetted competitor inside the IVTO logo. Also prominent is a colour ink of a young man in a cap in front of the IVTO logo and torch.
The postmark dated 45. 11. 10. is a sketch of the venue, the Budokan Arena. The last numbers refer to the month and day of the competition, 45 is the year under the Japanese nengo system, which begins anew under each emperor. In this instance, this is the 45th year of Emperor Hirohito, also known as the Showa era. - Date
