Nguyen Duy Thanh In 2015 Nguyen Duy Thanh became the first person in Vietnam to win a medal (Bronze) at a WorldSkills Competition. He earned the distinction in IT Software Solutions for Business at WorldSkills São Paulo 2015. Nguyen was trained in Korea for one year at the Samsung Electronics Skills Training Center, demonstrating the value of industry investing in young students. His success story was covered by newspapers in Vietnam where he received a hero's welcome upon returning home. -
