  A plaque presented to Fred Hill by the Vocational Industrial Clubs of America. Hill was awarded the plaque on 24 June 1975 in Washington D.C. by VICA, now SkillsUSA. It carries the inscription: "For Assisting National VICA in Obtaining International Skills Olympics Official Recognition."
